Joyous Feast of the Accession today starts. The novena in honor of the Holy Ghost is the oldest of all novenas since it was first made at the directions of Our Lord Himself when He sent His Apostles back to Jerusalem to await the coming of the Holy Ghost on the first Pentecost. It is still the only novena prescribed by the Church.

If Holy Thursday is the institution of the Blessed Sacrament and Holy Orders. Then Low Sunday or Divine Mercy Sunday must be the institution of the Sacrament of Penance.
St. John 20. 19-31 “He breathed on them, and He said to them: Receive ye the Holy Ghost: whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them: and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained.”
The confessional is Our Lord’s Tribunal of Mercy.
How appropriate to make a Feast of Mercy on Low Sunday. That we all may become “New born babies”.

What do you want? Because God will give you what you want. Mercy or Justice?
The Holy Trinity’s omnipotent Mercy is most worthy of extolling. Why not adore, love, thank, and supplicate His Divine Mercy?
