The Catholic bishops of Zambia are now the third set who refuse to implement "Fiducia Supplicans" in their dioceses.

'Not for implementation in Zambia'. Can you think of a document that has blown up in the Pope's face like this one?

Francis knew that Zanchetta had lewd images on his cellphone of himself engaging in homosexual acts with seminarians and still gave him a bespoke job in the Roman Curia.

IMHO, if the bishops believe that they are unable to do this without creating confusion, the declaration says that they should not do it.

I think all this Homo emphasis by Francis and Tucho will blow up in their faces. The faithful should pressure all the Cardinals to speak out against them both. When Francis has his year end meeting with the Roman Curia, to exchange traditional Christmas greetings in a day or two....I hope the Curia speaks out and rebells against them both, Francis and Tucho.
