How can any human being do that to a baby? What about chopping it in pieces inside the mothers womb?

Piers Morgan never said "40 decapitated babies"; he said "40 babies killed, some of them being beheaded." Ok, it is a reservation of the truth but I'm curious - why is the emphasis on Moirgan's words rather than the horror of babies being killed?
