On August 7, around 100 Freemasons from different obediences gathered at the Col de Vergio in Corsica, France, nearly 1,500 metres above sea level, for a summer lunch. Among those attending was Cardinal François Bustillo, Bishop of Ajaccio. According to LeCanardEnchaine.fr (August 18), the Cardinal spoke at length about “peace”. The Cardinal is one of the rising stars of the French episcopate. Seated beside him was Jean-Félix Acquaviva, the former autonomist MP currently under investigation for alleged passive corruption (offering positions to young women in exchange for sexual favours). Acquaviva has denied the allegations. #newsAoonddakbb
Sons of Thunder: Those who burned in blazing Zeal for Yahweh, the God of Sinai, Yahweh, the God of Israel. 1) Luke 9:52-54; He sent messengers ahead of him, and they went and entered a Samaritan village to make preparations for Him; but they did not welcome Him because He was on His way to Jerusalem. When His disciples James and John (Boanerges: sons of thunder, Mark 3:17) saw this, they said, “Lord, do you want us to call down fire from heaven to consume them?” 2) Prophet Elijah answered Yhaweh: "I am filled with burning zeal for Yahweh Sabaoth, because the sons of Israel have deserted you and broken down your altars” (1 King 19:10) a) 1 Kings 18:38-40; The fire of Yahweh fell and consumed the burnt offering and the wood, and licked up the water from the trenches. All the people saw this, and they fell on their faces and said, “The LORD is God; the LORD is God!” Elijah said to them, “Seize the prophets of Baal; let not a single one of them escape.” So they seized them, and Elijah led …Dabalata

Cały lud to widział, upadł na twarze i rzekł: „Pan jest Bogiem; Pan jest Bogiem!” Eliasz rzekł do nich: „Chwyćcie proroków Baala; niech żaden z nich nie ucieknie”. The University of Notre Dame's McGrath Institute for Church Life has published on July 17 a report containing twelve proposals for assessing candidates for the priesthood. Entitled, "Do You Know Them to Be Worthy?", the file was written by Father Thomas V. Berg and psychologist Timothy G. Lock. The report draws on research commissioned from the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) and a consultation held at Notre Dame in September 2025. The proposals concern psychological assessment, candidates with particular psychological or developmental conditions, and formation for chastity and celibacy. It addresses candidates with conditions including ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder and autism spectrum disorder. On homosexual attraction, the Notre Dame authors note that a pause in formation may "more often than not" lead to a decision not to advance a candidate toward ordination. The authors think the pause is needed to assess four things: - how the man understands his identity; …Dabalata
St. Bridget was told by the Lord that bad priests are not truly His priests, but true betrayesr, worse than Judas in some ways, because they sell Christ after He has already redeemed the world. They handle the sacred Host while living in lust, greed, and double lives, then return to sin with firm intention. The priesthood is the greatest dignity on earth, but also carries the strictest judgment (James 3:1).

Slovak pro-LGBT Catholic priest Adam Štefanec, 29, of the Diocese of Žilina said in an August 12 video that he does not like the word “God.” Rev. Štefanec believes that the term had accumulated so many associations that it no longer speaks to people today. “I try to find words that are universal,” he said, naming “humanity” as a universal value. Asked what Christ wants from people, Rev. Štefanec said the answer is “different for everyone,” different in every age, and “constantly changing.” Previously, Rev. Štefanec has supported homosex civil partnerships and said that homosexuality is not a sin.

Today, Leo XIV published a message for the 2026 World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation. He adopts the ecological vocabulary closely associated with Francis’ pontificate. Citing Laudato Si’, he speaks of an “authentic ecological conversion” and in metaphors such as “the ecosystems of the human heart.” The message also contains a naïve statement on warfare. “The true tools for building peace are not weapons of destruction,” Leo writes, listing instead “truth, dialogue, patience, goodness, justice, mercy, understanding, care and love.” Leo XIV enfolds an earthly program of disarmament, poverty reduction and ecological improvement: “Let us imagine a world in which the energies currently invested in war are directed toward integral human development, to overcoming poverty, protecting human dignity and reconciling divided peoples. Such a vision reflects faith in the coming of God’s Kingdom.” #newsUadwzxlixo
"War will come from the south, peace from the north North is said to be Russia! The South, Islam. "But behold, a great warrior from the north appears, a banner in his right hand, his arm bearing this inscription: 'Irresistible is the hand of the Lord.' At that moment the Venerable Old Man of Rome went forward to meet him, wielding a flaming torch. The banner then grew larger and its blackness became white as snow; in its center stood out the name of the Almighty in golden letters.
"For me, the Church is synodal," said Bishop Heiner Wilmer, 65, in an interview with Kirche-Und-Leben.de on 21 August. He is the chairman of the German Bishops’ Conference. In March 2026, Pope Leo XIV promoted the pro-homosexual bishop to Münster, the largest diocese in Germany. Monsignor Wilmer said that synodality is "deeply rooted" in Münster diocese. He added that he was looking forward to "the common journey with many baptised people, but also internationally, ecumenically, and with our Jewish and Muslim brothers and sisters". Grateful for Lay Preaching When asked about lay preaching during Eucharists, Bishop Wilmer admitted that he there are "many" baptised women and men who had been engaging with this issue for years, and that a culture had developed around it. Wilmer has "great respect for this established tradition" and is "deeply grateful" for it. He is "convinced that the wonderful pastoral workers will find a good way to deal with the circumstances” - taking about the Vatican's …Dabalata
"The foolishness of man. For nothing is more foolish than to live in idleness in the present life, where a man ought to work for himself so that he may live in eternity. He found them idle in the market place. (Matt. 20:3) This market place is the present life. The market placee, or forum, is called the place in which lawsuits are conducted and in which buying and selling take place; and it signifies the present life, which is full of disputes, of buying and selling, and in which even the benefits of grace, progress, and heavenly glory are sold in exchange for good works. And those men were idle because they had already lost part of their life. And they are called idle not only those who do evil, but also those who do not do good. And just as the idle do not attain their end, neither do these. The end of man is eternal life. Therefore, he who works in the way he ought will obtain it, provided he is not idle." — St. Thomas Aquinas, Serm. in Dom. Septuages. St. Thomas Aquinas (@aquinaswisdom)
"Probably the most compelling argument in support of our taking of independence was the recent history of Africa; we were living cheek by jowl with the results. For example, Ghana was the first British country to be granted independence in 1957, and the British government claimed that this glorious example would prove the success of Britain’s colonial policy. Within a couple of years their President Nkrumah had established a one party dictatorship, half of the Members of Parliament were imprisoned, the leaders of the opposition had been eliminated, the economy was in ruins, and the President had established an external multi-million-pound personal bank account. We could not know at the time that in the following year, 1966, he would be ousted and lucky to get out with his life. Next in line for independence was Nigeria, in 1960, and we were told that this was a mature country with links with Britain and Europe going back over 200 years. There were big religious and ethnic differences …Dabalata
The main point of the third secret can be summed up in the words of Melanie Calvat: "Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the Antichrist." A heretic antipope will completely take over the Vatican apparatus and consummate Luther's Gnostic revolution and will erect a counterfeit church -- a "church" that will replace the primacy of the pope with sinodality, thereby creating a federation of regional hierarchies. It will be a Masonic inspired "dogma free Christianity" with no moral absolutes, and it will replace the holy sacrifice of the Mass with an invalid rite. The true sacrifice of the altar will be abolished. The false ecumenical religion will gain state recognition. Adherents of the Catholic religion will be severely persecuted by the civil powers. The true pope will be hunted down and killed. Then there will be world war, frightful epidemics that will exterminate entire nations, and starvation almost everywhere. There will be catastrophic natural disasters that will annihilate …Dabalata

2. Historical Context and "Dance Manias" Catholic history records instances where mass dancing was interpreted through the lens of spiritual affliction or divine punishment. [1, 2] St. Vitus’ Dance (Chorea): In the Middle Ages, outbreaks of compulsive, uncontrollable dancing (now understood as a neurological or psychological phenomenon) swept through Europe. [1, 2, 3, 4] Spiritual Intercession: Victims were sent to shrines of St. Vitus, a Christian martyr, to pray for deliverance and healing from what many at the time feared was a demonic curse or affliction. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] 3. Ritual Dancing and Entry Points Catholic moral theology warns against practices that willingly open a person up to the influence of evil spirits. Trance Induction: Repetitive, frenzied, or rhythmic dancing used in occult or neo-pagan rituals is designed to lower conscious defenses and alter the state of mind.
